• Initial analysis of your task is free. A complete analysis may require billable hours.
• Custom software development services are provided at a rate of $25 per hour.
• We offer a full money-back guarantee in case the reason of order for custom developing is a bug of Delphi SWF SDK or the task solution is impossible with our knowledge.
• Support and bug fixing during one week after delivery is free, independent of time required.
• Support and bug fixing after this period is billable to the customer at a normal rate with 20% discount.
• FeatherySoft reserves the right to change payment conditions and rates based on individual customer circumstances.
